You made a right decision by choosing “Vyshyvanka by Masik Valeriy” products. Our logo confirms the high quality of all products made by this brand. We use the only natural materials such as linen and cotton for our products. However, we would draw your attention to the fact that uneven structure of materials (particularly, such material as linen) is a natural characteristic of the fabric, and not a defect.
The purchased clothes will serve you for a long time and keep their original shape in case you comply with the rules of care of embroidered stuff:
First of all, it is important to keep in mind that such products require careful maintenance, therefore it is recommended to wash embroidered clothes by hand in a soap solution of a mild detergent at temperature no higher than 40 Celsius.
The use of laundry detergents containing bleaching agents is not recommended. In case stains are available, they can be removed with a stain remover, which is applied directly to the stain for a few minutes and then carefully rinsed out. Be careful with color embroidery, make sure that the stain remover does not hit the embroidery area, or use the stain remover for colored fabrics!
It is not recommended to rub and twist the embroidered items.
Clothing with embroidery can be washed by machine using a manual or delicate cycle setting, at a temperature of 30-40 degrees in a special washing bag, turning the garments inside-out. No bleach should be used, if fabric or embroidery is colored. Do not wring.
After washing you should carefully wring out the product, without twisting it, wrap it in a dry bath towel, wring it out well, shake it and iron it.
The embroidered product should be wet when ironed, you can splash water on it if it is dry. It is recommended to iron the embroidery area at the seamy side, putting a white, soft fabric under it to preserve its relief. It is preferable to iron places without embroidery on the front side.
Iron temperature should correspond to the product fabric, however, it is necessary to ensure that the iron is not red-hot, as this can spoil the product. The iron should be moved along the warp threads to not deform embroidered parts.
It is not recommended to fold items right after the ironing, they should lie unfold a bit and dry.
